Returning Items Bought from MinnittJustHaveFaith.com and MinnittJustHaveFaithacademy.world
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Books must be returned 14 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.
NOTE: Online courses ordered on https://minnittjusthavefaithacademy.world/ are not refunded.
How to initiate a return for items purchased on minnittjusthavefaith.com:

You can ship your item or Shipping Confirmation email to minnittjusthavefaith@gmail.com with your original form of payment.
Please Note: If you used PayPal to complete your order, the store will provide a store credit in the form of Minnitt Just Have Faith Gift Card.
You can ship the item to the Returns Department with a copy of your purchase receipt.
Some shipments may not come with a packing slip. If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, we cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund.
If you didn’t receive the items(s) you ordered and want to return them, please indicate on the Packing Slip/Shipping Confirmation which items(s) you were supposed to receive. This will help us verify all tracking numbers before issuing a refund.

If you return a gift bought on minnittjusthavefaith.com, you will receive a Minnitt Just Have Faith Gift Card with the item’s purchase price within 60 days.
Please Note: To receive a refund, it is essential that you include a tracking number when returning your items. This number should be sent to minnittjusthavefaith@gmail.com. Additionally, make sure you send your item(s) to the correct return address. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in no refund being issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased from other retailers or sellers are only returnable to the original retailer or seller based on their specific return policy.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Items that have been opened and/or removed from their original packaging may not be returned, unless they are defective, in which case they can only be exchanged for the same product.
Books, newspapers, used books and shipping fees are not returnable or exchangeable.
The return policy strictly prohibits the return of digital content, such as eBooks, audiobooks, digital magazines and newspapers, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have already been opened. (Art may not be returned; they are one-time purchases only).

Commercials purchased to advertise on The Fanny Minnitt Show are non-refundable. If your commercial is unable to run because The Fanny Minnitt Show has been rescheduled or the commercial was not uploaded, you will receive a credit for an extra airing of your commercial(s).
